What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run rank tracking: your account email, the projects and keywords you choose to track, and the SERP results we fetch on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
How we use it
Your data powers your dashboard, your scheduled reports, and the public share links you explicitly enable. Aggregated, de-identified usage is used to improve the product.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure with row-level security and encrypted in transit. Backups are retained for up to 30 days.
Third parties
We use a SERP provider to fetch rankings, an AI gateway (Google Gemini via Lovable AI) to classify intent, and Resend to deliver emails. These vendors are bound by their own data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can export or permanently delete your projects and account at any time from the app. Reach us at privacy@rankpulse.app for any data request.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking pixels.

We will post any material changes to this page and update the date at the top.
