Acceptance
By creating an account or using RankPulse you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share logins.
Acceptable use
Use RankPulse to track your own sites, your clients' sites, and publicly accessible competitor data. Do not use it to scrape protected resources, infringe IP, or abuse the service.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
Liability
RankPulse is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from the app.
